All Products listed are Kisan Choice branded products – we do not offer products from other manufacturers or third‑party brands on this Platform. You can be assured that every product you purchase is directly sourced from our own production or authorised supply chain for the Kisan Choice brand.

We do not provide any agricultural, spraying, drone, or other field services through this Platform – our business is strictly the sale of physical products manufactured under our brand.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Platform or Product listings at any time without prior notice. We also reserve the right to impose limits on certain features or restrict your access to parts or all of the Platform without notice or liability.

You are not required to create an account to place an order. You may proceed directly to checkout as a guest. To complete your purchase, you must provide accurate and complete information, including your shipping address, contact number, and payment details.

By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided is true and accurate. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion for reasons including but not limited to product availability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.

We reserve the right to limit the quantity of Products purchased per person, per household, or per order.

Once your order has been successfully placed and payment is confirmed, you will receive an order confirmation via WhatsApp on the mobile number provided at checkout. This confirmation serves as an acknowledgement of your order, but does not constitute our final acceptance. Our final acceptance occurs when the Products are dispatched from our warehouse.

We strongly recommend that you double‑check your phone number at checkout to ensure you receive your order confirmation and tracking updates. We are not responsible for failed delivery of confirmations due to incorrect contact details.

Prices for Products are displayed on the Platform and are subject to change without notice. We strive to ensure that all pricing information is accurate, but errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of a Product you have ordered, we will inform you and give you the option to reconfirm or cancel your order.

All payments must be made through the available payment methods on the Platform, including credit/debit cards, net banking, UPI, wallets, or cash on delivery (if available). You agree to pay all charges incurred by you or on your behalf through the Platform.

Taxes, duties, and other government charges are additional and will be shown at checkout. You are responsible for any applicable taxes.

Our Shipping Policy, available on the Platform, forms part of these Terms. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery of the Products to the shipping carrier or upon your receipt of the Products, as applicable.

You are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information. We are not liable for any delays or non‑delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete address details.

If you refuse delivery or if delivery is unsuccessful due to your unavailability, the Products may be returned to us, and additional shipping and handling charges may apply for re‑dispatch.

All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed and confirmed. Please review your order carefully before completing checkout.

The only exceptions to this policy are:

• Damaged or defective Products upon delivery: If you receive a Product that is damaged in transit or has a manufacturing defect, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs of the damage or defect. We will investigate and, at our discretion, arrange for a replacement.
• Manufacturer warranty claims: Since all Products are Kisan Choice branded, any warranty claims are handled directly by us. Warranty terms are provided with each Product and are governed by our separate warranty policy.

We do not issue refunds for change of mind, incorrect selection, or any other reason beyond the two exceptions listed above.

All Kisan Choice Products are backed by our own manufacturer warranties, the terms of which are provided with the Product. Warranty claims must be submitted to us in accordance with the warranty policy included with your purchase.

We make no representations or warranties about the suitability, reliability, availability, timeliness, or accuracy of the Products for any specific purpose beyond those expressly stated in our warranty. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all other warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

In no event shall Kisan Choice be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your purchase or use of the Products, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

The Platform, its content, and all intellectual property rights therein (including the Kisan Choice brand name, logos, product designs, and images) are owned by Kisan Choice. You are granted a limited, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non‑commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from any portion of the Platform or its content without our prior written consent.

You may have the opportunity to post reviews, comments, and other content on the Platform (“User Content”). By posting User Content, you grant us a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty‑free, worldwide, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such User Content in any media.

You represent that you own or have the necessary rights to the User Content you post, and that such content does not violate any third‑party rights or applicable laws.

The Platform may contain links to third‑party websites (e.g., payment gateways, courier partners) that are not owned or controlled by Kisan Choice. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third‑party services. You access such services at your own risk.

We may, at our sole discretion, terminate or suspend your access to the Platform immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will cease immediately. All provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

The Platform and all Products are provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, except as expressly stated in our warranty policy. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error‑free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

We do not endorse or guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any information or third‑party content on the Platform.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Kisan Choice, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Platform, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any intellectual property or other rights of any third party.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. The courts of Andhra Pradesh shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms, subject to the arbitration clause below.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the breach thereof shall be settled by arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The arbitration shall be conducted in Andhra Pradesh, India, and the language of the arbitration shall be English. The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on both parties.

Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and any other legal notices published on the Platform, constitute the entire agreement between you and Kisan Choice regarding the use of the Platform and purchase of Products.

Amendments: We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
